| L. TODD BUDGEN, ESQ.
Mr. Budgen is of counsel to the firm and works on select bankruptcy cases. Mr. Budgen's experience includes representing literally thousands of bankruptcy clients. Prior to being a member of the firm, Mr. Budgen working as an Assistant State Attorney, as well as, working in his own capacity. He earned his Bachelor's and a minor in Business from Northwestern University. He earned his law degree and also a Master's in Management from Syracuse University.

Mr. Budgen is active as a Board of Directors' Member on the Small Business Board of the Orlando Regional Chamber of Commerce and he is involved with the Advisory Board of the Small Business Development Center, an affiliate of the Small Business Administration. Mr. Budgen is a member of MENSA, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Budgen's Bankruptcy experience includes multiple reported decisions and handling individual cases some of which include combined claims in excess of $20 million dollars. Mr. Budgen is "Of Counsel" to our firm.

| CAMILO A. KAFIE, ESQ.
Mr. Kafie received his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law located in San Diego, California. In law school, Mr. Kafie was a member of Hispanic Bar Association, Trial Advocacy Team, as well as, working with the San Diego Public Defender's office. He attended law school as a scholarship recipient.

Prior to seeking higher education, Mr. Kafie served in the United States Marine Corps for 10 years, and is a veteran of operation Iraqi Freedom, where he recieved the Presidential Unit Commendation Medal for Action in Combat. He ended his military career at the rank of Platoon Sergeant.
Mr. Kafie has focused his practice exclusively on bankruptcy and consumer rights. His experience includes handling consumer chapter 7 and 13 matters, and can advise on business bankruptcies, including chapter 11. Mr. Kafie is a member of the firm's bankruptcy law department.
