Airplane Crashes: Wrongful death caused by pilot error or airline negligence.

Mold Contamination: Improper building construction leading to mold contamination in both commercial structures and private residences.

Police Brutality: Civil rights violations committed by police officers.

Toxic Torts: Negligent or intentional damage to environment or property caused by gasoline spills, leaks, dumping, chemical spills, leaks, dumping, illegal dumping, etc.

Boating Accidents: Negligent operation of watercraft including boats, jet skis, etc.
