here. In this section you will find links to various online resources
which may be helpful in answering many of your questions. We believe
we have the most comprehensive links of any law firm. I've been told
by several local attorneys that they have added our link page to their "favorites" list
and use it as a comprehensive resource in their daily practice. We
believe some of the more helpful links include the following:
- Research corporation information, including the registered agents and
officers directly from the Department of State. You will also be able
to download corporate records from this site.
- This is the federal court online public records site. You will be able
to find vast information on just about every case filed with the federal
courts, including the bankruptcy courts, anywhere in the U.S.
- Lookup all the Florida Statutes updated by the legislature as well
as the Florida Constitution.
- The Florida Government Information Locator Service is a virtual card
catalog of government information available on the Internet and beyond.
The focus of the Locator is information from and about Florida State
government, and includes links to local and federal government resources
as well.
- This web site gives you an overview of many of the functions of the
Orange County Property Appraiser's Office. Look up recent sales, owner
information, and interactive maps and satellite information on real property
for Orange County, Florida.
- This is the federal Department of Labor official site. You will be
able to find information on Employment law issues, including wrongful
termination, overtime, child labor, and minimum wage issues.
- This is the federal government's online public records site. Using
the search engine you will be able to find a vast amount of public information
including access to the U.S. Code, U.S. Constitution, Federal Register,
and other info.
- Yellow pages, white pages, etc. Why use the book when you can search
online?.
